CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Directly responsible to act as front line liaison between all
parties involved in projects including Facilities Development Corporation, the client and the
contractors. Principle projects include a rehabilitation of
Creedmoor Psychiatric Center's largest building and the
facility's Boiler/Chiller Plant.
Selected Accomplishments
 | Developed and implemented set meetings for codes
enforcement, engineering, architecture, construction,
design and review to resolve current items/issues. This
was adopted throughout the Facilities Development Corporation in regard to
the New York State Fire
Prevention and Building Code. |
| Developed and implemented a management plan to overcome
client as well as company concerns. |
| Have successfully brought projects back on schedule by
resolving issues and executing change orders to increase
the time frame. |
| Instrumental in company regaining confidence of
dissatisfied client which was needed to successfully
complete building project. |
