Director of Operations

The Director of Operations reports to the President/CEO and oversees
all operational facets of the corporation. Emphasis will be given to
process improvement to allow key employees the ability to perform business
development. Additional responsibilities are as follows:

| Close Projects and Collect Aging Debt |
| Develop training program for staff |
| Develop marketing initiative including web launch |
| Develop new business |
| Handle difficult clients & vendors |
| Provide backup liaison for client customer service |
AWL Industries, Inc. currently uses the Timberline accounting software
to manage their finances. Under the direction of the CEO we orchestrated
the implementation of the Timberline project management module to assist
project management deliver more timely projects. |
